By using UPSC Study Tracker, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part, please discontinue using the Service.
2 Description of Service
UPSC Study Tracker is a study tracking platform built for UPSC aspirants. We provide a study timer, syllabus tracking, spaced-repetition revisions, and analytics tools.
📌 The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any specific outcome from using the app.
3 User Accounts
- You must provide a valid email address at signup
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure
- One account per person unless otherwise permitted
- You must be 16 years or older to use the Service
4 User Responsibilities
By using the Service, you agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the API
- Use the Service to distribute spam or malware
5 Premium Subscription
- Free Tier: Core features at no cost, forever
- Monthly Plan: ₹99/month — manual renewal
- Yearly Plan: ₹799/year — one-time payment
By subscribing, you acknowledge:
- Monthly plans do not auto-renew unless you choose to renew
- Yearly plans are one-time payments
- Pricing may change with 30 days advance notice
6 Refund Policy
Monthly: Non-refundable once the billing cycle begins. You can cancel anytime to prevent future charges.
Yearly: Full refund within 7 days if premium features were not extensively used. Email us at upscstudytracker@gmail.com. Processing takes 5–7 business days.
7 Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code of UPSC Study Tracker belong to us. However — your study data belongs entirely to you. You retain full ownership of everything you enter into the app.
8 Limitation of Liability
- Service is provided "as is" without warranties
- We are not responsible for decisions made based on app data
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months
🎯 Important: We are a productivity tool, not an education provider. Your UPSC selection depends entirely on your own effort and factors outside our control.
9 Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms, fraudulent behavior, or legal requirements. You can delete your account anytime from Settings — no questions asked.
10 Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the Service implies acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree, please stop using the Service.
11 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
