Use the app fairly. Don't abuse it. We provide the service "as is" — no guarantees about results. Premium plans can be cancelled anytime.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using UPSC Study Tracker, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
UPSC Study Tracker is a study tracking platform for UPSC aspirants. We provide study timer, syllabus tracking, revision scheduling, and analytics tools.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee any particular outcome.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide a valid email address
- You are responsible for maintaining your password's confidentiality
- One account per person unless otherwise permitted
- You must be 16 years or older
4. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the API
- Use the Service to send spam
5. Premium Subscription
- Free Tier: Core features at no cost, forever
- Monthly Plan: ₹50/month, auto-renewing via UPI Autopay
- Yearly Plan: ₹500/year, one-time payment
By subscribing, you agree that:
- Monthly plans auto-renew unless cancelled before next billing date
- Yearly plans do not auto-renew
- Pricing may change with 30 days advance notice
6. Refund Policy
Monthly: Non-refundable once billing cycle begins. Cancel anytime.
Yearly: Refund within 7 days if premium features were not extensively used. Email support@upscstudytracker.co.in. Processing takes 5-7 business days.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code are owned by us. Your data belongs to you — full ownership retained.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Service provided "as is" without warranties
- We are not responsible for decisions based on app data
- Our total liability is limited to amount paid in past 12 months
Important: We are a productivity tool, not an education provider. UPSC selection depends on your effort and many factors outside our control.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, fraudulent behavior, or legal requirements. You may delete your account anytime from Settings.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use implies acceptance. If you disagree, please stop using the Service.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
